About Pho 70

The minimalist interior creates a calm, inviting atmosphere where the daily bustle fades into the background. A glance at Pho 70’s menu reveals traditional Vietnamese staples alongside some less common choices, each reflecting a dedication to authenticity. The broth-heavy dishes arrive steaming, revealing depth of flavor that suggests slow, careful simmering. While some patrons might find the spice level conservative, the balance of fresh herbs and tender meats consistently earns praise in various Pho 70 reviews. Exploration through the offerings can be aided by browsing Pho 70 photos available online, which capture the vibrant colors and textures that define the dining experience here.

Attention to detail extends beyond the kitchen. Staff interactions come across as genuine and unhurried, contributing to an overall sense of comfort. One particular highlight is the generosity of portions; for the price point, the meal feels substantial rather than skimpy, a detail often noted in discussions about the Pho 70 restaurant. There are occasional slowdowns during busy hours, hinting that while the hospitality aims to be attentive, resource constraints may affect turnaround times. However, the plates arrive well-presented, and the clear presentation of Vietnamese classics, from pho bowls to banh mi, supports a straightforward enjoyment of the cuisine without extraneous flourish.

What stands out most is how the flavors strike a balance between accessibility and tradition, making each visit predictable in its satisfaction but still flatters curiosity. Not every dish maintains the same level of consistency—some might find the nuoc cham a bit overshadowed by the main proteins—but the usual suspects deliver comforting reliability. Taking in the modest decor alongside the sound of quiet conversation, the experience distinctly reflects a neighborhood dining spot that promises more than just a quick meal. For those seeking an informed glimpse into what a Vietnamese restaurant can offer, Pho 70 serves as a compelling slice of Murray Bridge’s culinary mix with few pretenses and honest flavors.

What a great bowl of soup! Lots of meat, and awesome flavor. Condiments are great to customize it. Chili Crunch is nice and hot

Simple, good honest Vietnamese food served here that was fresh, tasty and good value. The stock used appeared to be house made rather than packet, and the seafood was fresh rather than frozen. It was interesting to have pork slices in the seafood noodle soup which might upset some people but was ok for me. Seeing Asian customers there was also a good sign. If the locals like it, then so should most people. Well worth checking out.

Good reviews led me to this business. I was keen to try the Vietnamese Pork Roll. Unfortunately it let me down a bit. It was not a traditional Vietnamese Roll even though it was large. It had a soft crust and was very pale. The salad items were fresh and crunchy with a nice mayo. The Pork......it was tender with crispy crackling but had no flavour. It needed some ground fennel and sage or Chinese 5 spice sprinkled on the base, prior to cooking. That would have made it delicious! Overall the roll was filling due to it's size and the salad was fresh. I wouldn't dine here due to the atmosphere. It was really warm and lacked air flow. A simple ceiling fan would have helped. The air was stifling. The lady who served me smiled but that was it. No conversation or engagement. There is parking at the rear of the building with a loose type gravel. Watch out for the potholes! No Wheelchair access unfortunately

Had the seafood noodle soup and the pho. Both were very good and big portions for the price. Perfect for a cold night after some potato harvesting in Murray bridge . The rice paper rolls were also really fresh and the sauce must have had some , it was really addictive.

This place is very good at what it does. It is not a 5 star establishment, so I cannot give it a 5 star review. But I can say that you are getting honest Vietnamese food which is freshly prepared and very tasty. I went in for the Pho, Beef Noodle Soup, as it has been ages since I was last in Vietnam and able to get Pho. This is good, very authentic. The beef was thinly sliced and tender. The broth tasty and plenty of condiments to spice it up. The broth did have a strong, fresh, aromatic herb in it, I am familiar with it but cannot place the name. Fine by me but I suspect that some palates may be put off by it. (No it isn't coriander). I would have liked a little bit more fresh vegetable to put in the soup (like in vietnam). My partner had the BBQ Pork and rice. A very good choice, tender pork with a nice flavour. All servings were generous in size. We also had spring rolls that were obviously freshly prepared. For 2 of us it was a good sized meal for a little over $40. Serving staff very friendly. You can see the food being prepared, no secrets here. The Bahn Mee looked very good, I will come back another day for those. Vietnamese customers in the small dining room - that speaks volumes about authenticity. Do yourself a flavour and sample some genuine Vietnamese cooking in the Bridge.
